He has provided the blue-print on which the company has made rapid strides of growth. He is actively involved in the strategy and growth of the company. He is a MBA with specialization in Marketing & Finance.

Sahil Gupta- Chief Operating Officer

Sahil is a top ranking MBA from Symbiosis, Pune with specialization in HR and IR and Masters in Labour Law. Sahil has had the privilege of handling assignments with companies like Saint Gobain, Satyam Computers with a management consultancy. He has also had a brief stint with Tata Motors and Thermax India. He has also written a number of articles for Indian Express. He has an extremely direct and hands on approach to management.

Neeti Virmani- Principal Consultant

She is an MBA with specialization in HR and Marketing along with BE in Electronics & Telecommunication from Pune University. Neeti has a rich experience of having worked with India’s top notch Management Consultancy Companies like Ersnt & Young, Boyden International etc. she looks after HRD Interventions of the company.
